funny thing is, I dont know what kind it is. I think its an older version of the maverick. Its a six shooter and even painted works great.I tried looking on the official site, but couldn't find it. But if you can find out and let me know, that'd be awesome.^_^

no, no the top part on mine where you cock it has a little thing to catch your hand and get a better grip but i see its missing on yours so i was just wondering...

I just bought a set of nerf guns. First I spray painted them and then touched up area's with Acrylic to make them look cooler.

did you sand off the nerf logo or did you simply covered it up?

did you use any sanding tools to remove the logos?

there were no logos but I did use wood putty to cover up the screw holes. if there was a logo I would have used wood putty to cover it.

I believe theres one on the cocking mechanizm, quick question do you have to heat treat the acrylic paint if you use it on plastic?

nope, or maybe I did cover it up with the spray paint. as for the acyclic I just painted it on. But I only did so after 2-3 coats of spray paint. For painting spray paint is the way to go.

hmm cause I used some acrilic paint on a some plastic to add detail to a modle kit problem is that it keeps scraping off

Its probably because you applied it on directly...also there are sealants you could use. I haven't had the need to use one myself yet but I know they work.

oh yeah there welding goggles from the 70s
i found them at a antque shop for 7 bucks
i added on the gears and i want to get some of those little magnifing lenses for them

i plain on replacing the elastic band i put on them wit a leather one
maybe add a light in one of the goggles and some wires and posable a spring or two
