A lil Tutorial about how to color eyes in under 2 minutes~ (I usually only need 1 minute for them xD It is really so easy...)Hope you like it!

I have a question. On the 7th step says Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, the problem is that I can't find this ,,Radial blur'' tool. Can you tell me how to find it?? Tnx.

practically what i have now ok in your top menu or whatever you want to call it you want to make sure you have the whole eye selected at least then at the very top select filter--> blur----> then radial blur it should be the 8th selection

It should be something along the lines of Radial Blur, could be another name for another Photoshop version though.
As for other programs: Its possible they dont have the filter.

Oh you were doing this in Photoshop?? I thought you were doing it in SAI. I didn't know but tnx. I have Photoshop, too, but I don't use it because I actually really don't know how to do stuff in it. For me, it's very very hard. I'm just a kid, ya know. But this helped me and I'll send you a link when it's done to see if I did it right. Tnx again.

im a little lost on this in step 2 where you say lock the layer how am i supposed to draw over it im using photoshop cs3 extended am i to create a new layer and im new to the gradient thing really

There is a button above your layers 'Lock Transparency'. Click that one and a small lock will appear on the layer.

I color on SAI, i can do these effects on PS or Gimp but damn it i can't think in a way to do them there without mess with the rest of the draw...

hey, i used ur eye coloring tutprial, but i kinda tweaked it with my own methods
