MangaStudio is an awesome program specialized on manga-art. Unfortunately, only few really know how to work with it as most people give up after a few minutes trying it. The handling is different from most graphic-programs, so you will have to change your habits here a little.A suggested tutorial from my watchers. Here you go~

I'e just started using MS and I'm a bit confused, so this is really helpfull.
Can I ask you a n00b question? ^^U
Well, my cursor doesn't draw where I told it to! It keeps drawing, or selecting, or whatever I'm trying to do in MS, like two cms above and to the left than I told to. Weird I know -_-

Let me guess, you use a wacom tablet?? 
Uninstall your tablet and if possible MS as well. Reinstall MS and search in the net for the newest driver for your tablet. It is important that you install MS first and your tablet AFTERWARDS! Otherwiese there are going to be these bugs.

Awesome tutorial!
I never knew you could change how the program corrects your lines. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have had to go back and erase stuff because it looked all messy!

It should. Ex and Debut's difference is the amount of tones and a few additional tools on EX, but the basics should be available on Debut too.

One of the things with manga studio, is that to really use it well and really get all its advantages, you need a tablet, and not everyone has it! i wish i had one! not everyone can draw with the mouse! of course the "import" option is good too, but not the same.

Yeah, the real hints and advantages make a tablet necessary, but many features give mouse-users the possibility to make their work look as if they used a tablet ^^ I got my first MS before working with the tablet, and it really worked
