I made a thing!Well, part of a thing. Some of you may know I've been working on a graphic novel , which I have titled "The Forgotten." I am excited to announce that I am finally at a place to start releasing it
online as a webcomic!!
Long story short, I will be releasing it gradually, one page every monday on my website. It's
an adventure comic that's pretty silly and pretty serious, with dinosaurs thrown in for good
measure. (Because, why not?)
If you're interested, I'd love it if you bothered to check it out and follow along. The title is
"The Forgotten," and I've already uploaded the first few pages (prologue). You can check it

Haha I know right?! So crazy! I so don't miss that. Now that I have TVPaint I've thrown in the towel with comics. Originally I wanted to animate but many things held me from doing it. Time being one of those things and I chose comics as a way to compensate. But I think the frustration of getting a webcomic layout right will forever be burned into my brain.

Go for it! I'm excited to see what you create! Isn't TVpaint what they used to create the movies: secret of kells, and long way north?
You definitely always been more geared towards the animation - I don't think I'd ever be good enough to do animation

Hehe yeah have been for a long time. Even when I wasn't positing such I was animating but it was sooo bad I was too embarassed to post it or I only put it in scraps haha
Yes they did use TVPaint and same with the music animated video Freak of the Week which I thoroughly enjoy watching. I'm sure you would do fine with animation but if you get frustrated with frequent troubleshooting then I don't recommend it. After you learn how the biggest issue unless you have the luxury of TVPaint or something just as solid, it becomes a game of "how do I this simple thing" or "where the hell is that important feature" lol. Another reason why I disliked Toon Boom.
