You remember that picture I said was really really really old that I said I would probably never color? [CLICK HERE]I colored it.
I figured, "oh what the hey, I'm wanting to practice my digital coloring anyways. . . "
So, still not all that proud of the picture, but I think the coloring did help it look better in the end. . .ย I'll let you be the judge.

I figured this pirate got shipwrecked on this island and managed to scrape together a raft with some wood from his boat and old rum barrels, and used part of his ship's flag to make a makeshift sail to try and get off the island he was stuck on.
However, it looks like he doesn't have any food with him on that raft. . .
Uh oh. . .

The colouring is very nice! Especially the water and the clouds. Nice details in the wooden raft, too. Well done!

In USA many people still think ofย the word comic as only in reference to superheroes, however in the past fifteen years many comics of other genres have started to become more and more popular and the term "comic" is now becoming more main stream in its acceptance of all forms of comic art.
