Hello all! Sorry it's taken me SO long to do anything. I've been kinda sad I haven't done anything in awhile so I decided/made myself draw this picture. I put in an extra few hours and did the background for you guys!I liked how this one turned out. . .I've never tried to do a sunset before. Hey I just realized that this is my first DA submitted work that has a background! O_o
Colored with colored pencils and sharpie mixed with a brush pen.

Lesse...highlights: excellent. Blending: great, color choice is spectacular, especially the sunset. The shadings good, except you seem to have forgotten the shade areas on the hair. The proportions are very good, except her waist is noticably and impossably thin when compared to the rest of her proportions. The only of beef I have is that I can't seem to distiguish the floor from the wall...so it looks like shes floating in front of it. Overall, it's great! and far more than I could do with colored pencils. Definately a fav!

Actually I meant to leave her hair like that! And yeah her waist is a little thin. . .but when viewed from that angle you'd be surprised at how thin waists can be!

AWESOME, GABE!! You really outdid yourself this time! I really like the emotion in her face and the colors of the sunset.
Though one thing I see that is missing (which is probably just me... because I am a traditionalist) Is the shine in her hair... that little 'halo' of white shine.... you know what I'm talking about? It just urks me that it isn't there.
But I love it. Just love it...
