I think of this location 1 hour from my house a little piece of the Kimberley's that has been misplaced closer to home. Thought I would like to go to Karijini, the logistics with a child might be a little difficult until she grows up a little more. Last week's morning foray as part of a project 52 was up to Mannum Falls where even after recent rains, the flow was quite minimal. Thankfully, it was enough to give this splash pool a little pattern here and there.

The title fits perfectly. I'm a sucker for shots like this, where the contrast between the water and rocks is even more exposed due to the long exposure. I love the lines and textures. Just fantastic!
