Oh and I couldn't find any suitable desert-y looking scenery while on my holiday so he's just sitting in the clover.Details:
Approx 7" long from head to tail. (I forgot to measure)
Imported synthetic fur for the body and ultra-suede on the paws, with thread-sculptured toes.
Thread and scissor sculptured face, with needle-felted white wool chin.
Sculptured and varnished polymer clay nose.
Shaded with copic markers and acrylic ink.
5-way cotter pin jointed (legs, arms, head) and tail thread jointed.

The face is gorgeous! The pose is very cute too. You choose good colours - I'm still not game to use copics. I get too frustrated

This is so adorable, and all the work that goes into something like this... wow!
And, I never knew you could color synthetic fur with copics ~ you may have just saved me many nightmares for a costume

You can shade it ok with copics but I find that if you do it too much or oer a large area it can feel sticky. The acrylics worked fine though, as would oils. Umm... not sure how they'd go in the wash though. ^_^;;

Interesting, indeed! I was going to try to tip white fur to look more like the ermine print, with the bits of black in it - it definitely wouldn't be washed, either way
