Okay guys, another parody
One thing that annoyed me the most in ME3 was the thing with the Shadow Broker.
In ME1 and ME2 he was mighty, even Cerberus didn't want to mess up with him.
Then Liara become the SB and we all thought "Yeah! A mighty companion!"
But what happend? Bioware gave us a Broker who is everytime one step behind our enemies.
Maybe you can say, after losing the ship on Hagalaz, that she have not "all" her information feeds... but please!
I think it is not fair for Liara. I liked her so much, and Bioware was not nice to her
Not only that Cerberus know everything before she do, on the terminal of Liara you can find "funny" messages she found... what should I think as the gamer?
That Liara only search for news of our friends. Okay, you find out that Liara ship some platinum to an impotant place... but you don't get any war assets for this XD
EDI and Samantha found out much more... why?
I think Liara didn't deserve to be... a "Shadow Broker-Side Kick".
But we all knew, that ME3 made some weird things in the story

Fuck a new Council, let's have a constitutional federal republic.
I bet you could start in the Terminus, with people who don't want Council rule, but also want stability and order. Then appeal to the working classes and species who don't get any power (like Quarians and Krogan), and build a nice revolution or separatist movement. Carve out a chunk of the Terminus, the Veil and the Skyllian Verge, and you've got a proper galactic republic. I bet a lot of the outer Human colonies would be onboard as well, since they hate the Council AND the Alliance.

Not much advantage of having the shadowbroker on your ship and in your bed in ME3. Which is a shame, it had so much more potential. In my opinion it makes no sense at all, that Cerberus would be on Thessia and know exactly where to go but then again in my opinion it doesn't make sense that there is a beacon either. One that apparently didn't warn the Asari about the reapers

Liara in ME3 as the "Shadow Broker" made me regret not trying to propose a deal with the Yahg in the ME2 DLC. He was useful...

The only way I can explain it is that Illusive Man got all this info before Liara became the Shadow Broker, didn't share it with anyone, and killed almost everyone else who knew about it, and that's why it was so hard for Liara to track any of it down...but, yeah, EA definitely wussed out the Broker side of Liara in ME3......

As much as I, a Tali fan, complain...atleast we weren't screwed over at the level that Thane or Jacob fans were

I don't feel we were screwed. We actually got proper dialogue, after all. Liara's post-ME1 romance (hell, her interaction with Shep in general) always felt awkward and forced. It's very much to Tali's credit as a well-developed character that she can attract so many fans while showing no skin at all, and (if you factor in the suit) having the smallest breasts of any potential love interest. Makes her seem like more than your typical video game LI.

We got a fade-to-black love scene and our head canons were pillaged by a stock photo.
Then again, Tali was the only person who stuck with you through thick and thin (along with Garrus)Β . Nobody else can claim that.
