This is actually the suitless Samus after she retrieved the Varia Suit upgrade.
The pre-Varia suitless Samus actually has brown hair...

Cool pose. Like the boots, as well as the pads on her shoulders and wrists. Also love how you did her arm cannon kinda slender which is how it looks in the sprites in the game.

Wow! This looks like something out of a Marvel comic from the 80s or so. (That's a compliment; I love comics.) In fact, give her blonde hair and she'd make a passable Invisible Woman.

I just wanted to let you know that this image, was what really inspired me to make my costume. And I'm sure I've already told you that a million times. This has to be one of my favorite images on deviant art. Your portrayal of the 8-bit Justin Bailey costume is so badass!

Yeah, it would be a cosplay. I've actually really been wanting to do this costume, but I couldn't come up with anything creative - and I wanted to do more then just throw on a magenta leotard and green wig. Your design is simple, but it's just right.

My costume is finally in progress. I just got a long sleeved pink leotard on ebay today. I'm not sure how accurate to your artwork the cosplay is going to be (the boots will be difficult) but I'm going to try my damned hardest. But this image is what inspired me in the first place. I'm hoping to have it ready for the release of metroid other M.

WOW, that takes me back! I always liked the old-school look - most people overlook her green hair.
Your technique is really improving - more so with faces. Keep up the good work! And never be afraid to practice on nudes - that is the best way to improve one's technique with the human form (you know I'm talking about drawing them, right?
