Commissioned card artwork done for the upcoming Wizard of Oz Collectible card game coming later in 2008! For more information please visit the Orion's Bell website: [link]Obviously the logo not by me, and copyright Orion's Bell, but all the rest of the art on here is done by me! I had a ton of fun working on these, and I honestly learned a lot by doing them- about how to work quickly and effectively when doing digital paintwork. The bottom right is my last and favorite one of them all :3 Although these are all many months old, they were certainly help in stepping me up to where my art is now.

nice work,
i like the bottom left the most because of the way the hair on the woman flairs out and pulls a bit of attention from the almost symmetrical layout. it's a good balance

Thank youu~ ;v; and yes, I know for a fact a good percentage of the cards' titles are direct quotes from the books- and I think that some of the larger packs of the cards are supposed to be sold with the books included. Something that parents and their kids can read & play together :3 so cute

Hahaha, yep! The upper left is definitely a famous scene.. though the theme of these Oz cards is all direct related to the book. So of course the upper left is the good witch of the north, the upper right is Dorothy asking the King of the flying monkeys to take her home, the bottom left is Good Witch Glinda and her armie of hottie women storming the Emerald City Gates, and last but not least is a sort of "reversal" card wherein women make fun of a man who has to take up their duties xD hahahaha. Glad you're amused!!
