Description A very simple bento but one of my favorites! Cucumber Sandwiches are really delicious and they're light and perfect for a bento! You can see here my morning snack and dessert as well. This bento contains:

Cucumber >w< and usually a layer of "fat" to keep the bread from becoming too moist. The fat usually comes from mayo, butter, or cream cheese. This version is my favorite cucumber sandwich. I make it quite often.

You don't want to much of it though, I found that a thin layer is really best

Mmmm I love cucumber on sandwiches. Tomato too. This looks delicious! Not gonna lie though when I seen the icon I thought the oranges were raw eggs.

Haha nooo. The only place for raw egg is with Sukiyaki (which I want to try with my new hotpot!)

I love these cucumber sandwiches, especially with earl grey tea around 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

Haha just a spread to keep the bread dry. Cream Cheese, Mayo, Garlic Powder, Onion Salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

There are two recipes there. I've tried both of them and they are both delicious. My favorite is "The Best Cucumber Sandwich". I make it fairly often. And it's great for bento!
