I'm sorry I haven't been very active in the bento world lately, but that doesn't mean I'm not making them still. I've just been busy with my new job, and all the mess they're putting me through, so I don't have as much time to take photos of them and make them look pretty. I did get this one in though! This will be my lunch for my work day. It contains:Top Tier:
Japanese Potato Salad
Shiitake Mushroom Risotto Cakes
Green Onion
Bottom Tier:
Steamed Asparagus
Cherry Tomatoes
Karaage Chicken
Honeydew Melon
Sauce:
Ketchup (for risotto cakes)

Oh haha no. I got the risotto cakes from Lunch In A Box, an online bento blog. But Biggie hasn't updated it in a very long time, so I think she abandoned it sadly. It was my first bento blog and it's extremely helpful.
If you're looking for good recipes you should check out justbento.com. It's Maki's blog. She has a lot of recipes for vegans, vegetarians, and even gluten free recipes

I don't honestly know. I know on Jbox there is a brand that's suppose to be "natural" but I don't know for sure. I would assume so, but I guess I never really thought about it.

You can use tubber wear for right now, but Jbox.com and amazon.com have some nice bento. Make sure you know how much mL you should be consuming so you don't get a box too large or too small.
bento can be anything that you like. Don't take things that perish fast, or don't hold up well at room temperature. Rice is always good to take. You could look up cooking with dog on youtube and check out their bento episode
