You totally can! If you don't have a tablet, just save up some money and get one. There is always a sale and the tablet I use only cost about 100 bucks. It was an investment, especially since I didn't have any work or anything back then. But I saved up my Christmas money and did odd jobs. Then I got one! It's totally do-able. Maybe enter in some art contests. Jazza on youtube has contests all the time and I think this month's prize is a tablet.
Also when you get a tablet, download Fire Alpaca on your computer. It works on most types of computers and isn't harsh to you system. It has been said it's comparable to photoshop! Best part, it's free forever! It's the program I use every day!
