I'm going to do a little series starring the four Flashes. Well, Bart counts, he's a Kid Flash and quit possibly a Flash of the future. So that's... Jay, Barry, Wally and Bart. *thumbs up* Smokin'.So, starting with Bart Allen! A 4-year-old in a body of a 16-year-old - literally. The grandson of Barry Allen, the second Flash, Bart is goofy, energetic and has little to no tact. But that's why we love him. His cuteness and the yellow eyes do help.
So that's Bart in civilian clothes in the middle, Bart as Impulse on the left, and Bart as Kid Flash II on the right.

I love that you drew Impulse cos I never got to read any comics where he appeared, I started reading when Bart entered the Teen Titans led by Robin (Tim Drake, obviously not Nightwing)

I fell in love with Bart the first time I saw him in Teen Titans. He always made the cutest expressions!~ I cried when he died.

Bart is the Flash in the current 'TheFastest Man Alive' comics. This is much to my depresion since I would have been happy if he had stayed as Impulse forever.

*squeal* Adorable! Impulse was totally my favorite comic character ever! When they canceled the series I seriously went into mourning! *cry* Anyways, this work is great! You have a lovely style and beautiful colors. I especially love Bart in the middle's expression. So cute! *glomps him* Very nice job! Impulse =

ALL RIGHT! Some more Bart art (er, yeah, that's meant to rhyme I guess), and a great job at that!
I like how you got the hairstyle down without making it too big and floppy (though there's nothing wrong with that, it's just nice to see some variety in Impulse art), and the facial expressions and pose are very..Bartish too.
Out of his two hero identities, I'd say Impulse is the better name (though Kid Flash is awesome in its own right), though out of the two costumes he wears? Hard to choose. They're both pretty good.
