I MADE ART!!! oh boy its been so long. :') i actually have a ton of WIPs that I've been working on but cant seem to finish. XD I'm thinking of uploading them soon since i do like them but they'll probably never get done. 😂
This guy is about 4 1/2 ft tall at the shoulder and lives in a depression like the Danakil Depression which is basically another planet. There are hot springs and salt flats here, extremely toxic to life. But this guy has extremophiles living in its tissues and on the bristles on its legs. He eats the bacteria as they grow on his bristles. In conjuction there are microbial mats and "tube worm" type of extremophiles that live here and they will eat those too. Extremophiles also live in the airway openings and lungs to help breakdown sulfer and other toxic compounds before going into the body. They also have a complex cooling system and enormous kidneys so they can drink a little bit of the toxic, salty water. A tough scaley hide helps protect them from environment. As well as their extremophile friends.
