High resolution Paper Mario sprites for Spark, a classic Mario series enemy from Donkey Kong Junior. Keeping with my recent trend, my sprite is derived from Spark’s appearance in Super Mario Bros. 2 USA/Doki Doki Panic, or more precisely, the Super Mario Advance version.

Sparks travel across the ground of many fictional lands and places, such as Subcon, the construction yard, and New Jersey. You might not be surprised when you see, but you will be shocked when they touch you!

Later Mario games replaced Spark with L’il Sparky, replaced in turn by Amp.
