Suchomimus is agenus of spinosaurid. Its closest relatives are Baryonyx and Spinosaurus. however, it lacks the tall spines and large sail of its famous cousin since its vertebrae were much smaller.

Like Baryonyx and Spinosaurus, though, is a Piscivore meaning it ate any all types of Fish.
It has a long snout filled with teeth that seem designed to catch fish.

Long, powerful arms ended in three-fingered hands with huge claws, which would have been useful for holding on to large gar fish, which may have made up part of its diet. It would swim after fish or catch them on land.

Once it has its prize, It would then it's claws on its long arms to kill it. Although they can after land prey, Fish is always on their menu.

Suchomimus lives in a Habitat consisting of freshwater floodplains and fast-moving rivers, with a tropical climate that experiences seasonal dry periods.

For a time Suchomimus were almost hunted to near extinction for their hide, meat and teeth but they have made a full recovery.
