Description My first skeletal drawing. This is Moropus, a miocene Chalicothere found in central North America, most common in Nebraska. M.elatus could reach over 2 meters tall at the shoulder, and possessed large claws that could be used for feeding or defense. The species Moropus elatus was common in the Agate Fossil Beds, which was also home to Daeodon, which preyed upon Moropus.

Oh wow, Moropus was a lot larger than I originally imagined. I don't think I'd even come up to one's shoulder!
