I applied for an Ice Hissi (basically a winged snake) on Neopets a couple of weeks ago, and I was lucky enough to win!Meet Ceys, one of the last of the elemental fire and ice serpents created by the Aurora borealis.

cool desing, it look pretty different from others, i like the turtle-like head, it kinda look like a creature from a myth, also for some reason i think in something huge!
