I know oysters are controversial and a lot of people hate eating them. As far as I'm concerned, I think I could eat oysters for breakfast, lunch and dinner for weeks and still be happy about it. I like to eat them raw with lemon, but there are so many ways to spice and/or cook them, that you can have your pick.
