The final outcome for my current assignment titled, "What is communication design?" (First version here )I kinda rethought the concept over and decided to go with how design surrounds us. It's everywhere, it shapes our world. That's the text that runs along the bottom of the poster.. "Design shapes. Our world.", where "shapes" can be read as the noun or verb; to shape the world.
I thought that was very catchy when my tutor suggested that idea. Also, the can, bottle, road sign, hot air balloons all represent elements of what graphic design involves.I'm happy with both the posters I've produced.. each has its own special quality. They were also enjoyable to work on.
Hopefully the tutor gives me my 50% of my semester's marks..

i know this is very old, but i stumbled a cross it and this piece closly resembles the work of Ryan McGuinness. Have you ever looked or seen is stuff?

so bad, it's such a shame that people using brushes and very ordinary shapes, very boring ad done million times before layouts, going around pretending to be designers, you guys are pissing on graphic design. such a shame, hope you did fail. this doesn't have ANYTHING to do with communication design.
