Hmm...I'd might as well try out the calligraphy brush next time because I already have a tablet and pen equipped with me at all times.

Hey, thats exactly the same way I use to ink my art work. Except I dont have to add a layer in behind the peice, as it already has the canvas. I use Corel Painter essentials 3, I wonder what Gimp is like, but I dont really want to install it, cos that means i gotta download brushes AND take time from drawing to figure out how to use it.

I use paintshop. I only add the back layer so i can check my lines against a solid color.

My biggest problem is making sure the lines don't look like they were made by Charles Shultz near the end of his Peanut strips (all wiggly ). What dpi do you work at . . . or how zoomed in do you work?

oh i normally work at 300 dpi or higher and I zoom 100% XD
