He looks so darn pitiful in the bottom-left picture, it's kind of hilarious. He has this kind of "PLEASE just leave me alone" expression, in the top one, it's great. I suspect Percy may be harassing him once again. XD And his hat is beautiful. Great job! You use his eyebrows for expression very, very well.
LOL, and this reminded me of the other day:
Me: So are we going out to clear the driveway?
Brother: Yup, it's shovelin' time.
Me: It's ALWAYS Shovelin' time! *cracks up*

I really don't know what to think of Chauvie! I kept comparing him to Javert for obvious reasons but he's too silly to be Javert-like. He made me laugh a million times though (well Percy made me laugh at Chauvelin's expense) and he kind of pulled a Phantom with Maguerite there.
You draw him so cute. I just want to tell him everything is gonna be okay.

I do as well! He's so tragic, I always feel so bad for him. I usually don't tend to side with the 'baddies' either, it's strange.

I think the fact that Percy is just so clever and charming and good at everything makes me really feel bad for Chauvelin. He's just trying to be evil and he can't even do that right. It's kind of like Team Rocket. lol
