Design is a bit outdated. And the aesthetics of this design depend on the images (very specific in colors and style) not on the web design itself which is bad because this is a design layout for a nightclub and not, say, photography - they may not always have the images to make the website design look good. Would have been better if the design was simpler and more creative.
