I like the composition, in general.  It could use some tweaking.  the circular flow can be expanded by moving the horses head more to the right.
The points of accent are peculiarly offset to the left edge of the picture.  They emphasize the armor and separate the knight from the horse, but they also rivet the eye in this part of the picture.  See how there is nothing of equal or greater intensity anywhere else?  Key parts of the horse need emphasis of this sort, too, like stepping stones that the eye can follow and rest on as it explores the painting.  Here, however, the high contrasts on the armor act as magnets, preventing the eye from exploring, pulling it back too quickly.

All the same, taken part by part, there are some respectable lighting effects and very nice color/tonal modeling and atmospheric effects.  The latter are difficult for some to get, but you have a natural affinity for them.  The challenge is to know when to push them and when to pull back.  Here, a few drops of strong contrast in the low key areas of the horse (detail in the shade and shadow) would pull the horse out of a foggy mist and create interest  (i.e. around the eye, the ring and head straps, ears, etc.)

You are very welcome.  I'm so glad you take the critique in the right spirit.  Too often we get praise that makes us feel good, but doesn't help us improve.
