It would look like OSX, I like the global menu and I use to have it in Gnome 2 and XFCE (back then, when it worked) though the software in elementary doesn't use menu bars so a global menu wouldn't work or have much sense anyways.

It's only a minor change to the default elementary theme not worth uploading I think. To get the panel like this, only edit the apps.css file and change the color of the panel.

Difícilmente podrías conseguir algo así en Windows. Son las desventajas de usar programas de código cerrado.

Si, tienes razón, pero lamentablemente estoy muy "relacionada" con programas que en Linux o Ubuntu no puedo utilizar (al menos que use wine pero se me ha trabado un montón de veces). Pero algún día dominaré GIMP o I nkscape y veras que tendré un OS de código abierto. Gracias por la respuesta.

Gracias!, pues me imagino que si se podria, necesitas algun tema de WIndowblinds o Visual style para Windows 8 que tenga el taskbar en ese color (blanco transparente) y algun pack de iconos de Windows que tenga iconos monocromáticos para el área de notificaciones, y podrías hacer uso de Rocketdock para el dock, para el reloj puedes usar Rainmeter o Xwidget y un tema que muestre el tiempo en palabras, el wallpaper pues ese aqui esta y los iconos tendrás que pasarlos de SVG a PNG para poder usarlos con Rocketdock.

By using dconf to tell Wingpanel to not show the Applications launcher then going to Settings>Time>uncheck "display clock on panel/menubar" and finally by editing the GTK theme to make the panel white with 50% transparency and using my icons .
