A lot of this was just reasonable thinking. Since the events of Fallout 3 the Brotherhood of Steel have expanded from Washington D.C to the outskirts of Boston. The Enclave, who are stationed in Chicago, are retreating from the Ohio River as B.o.S agents march westwards.
The nation to the northwest of the Brotherhood of Steel is 'Ronto' mentioned in Fallout 3's 'The Pitt' DLC. The Pitt has been subjugated into B.o.S jurisdiction.
The Confederation and Casino Nation were both from Fallout: Lonestar, a pretty cool fan-made mod you can check out here: (www.falloutlonestar.com/ )
The west coast remains relatively the same from Fallout: New Vegas. I never finished the game and relied solely on the Fallout wiki for information, so the west coast may be flawed.
Finally the gulf of Mexico is divided into two factions: The Mavericks and September Watch, my own concoction for my fan-written Fallout: The Big Easy game set in New Orleans. More on the subject can be found in my gallery.

The Legion is Probably gone by this point. The NCR took the Damn, only way the Brotherhood exists after 2281. Unless Caesar got treatment for his tumor, unlikely, he's dead by this point and the Legion with him. The power vacuum the Legion's collapse would likely result in the Confederation and NCR expanding their borders to incorporate legion territory. The Confederation and NCR would likely come to blows over who controlled the North where the Forrest are and where the most fertile land would likely be. Another possibility would be the Confederation and NCR may become trading partners with the NCR trading crops for manufactured goods. This would allow the Confederation to escape its dependency upon the Casino Nation.

There is a run away geck in florida turning the wsate into a fungal jungle. I am also almost %99 sure the NCR goes up into washington or so the NCR claims.

Interesting. Sadly your and my non-canon sources will conflict. I have a in-progress new lands mod for FO4 based in West Florida Parishes, southern counties in Mississippi, Alabama, and part of Northwest Florida for a country. I hope there's a way we canchange this.

They did but were driven out by the New California Republic. The Eastern Branch of the Brotherhood of Steel controls Washington D.C in Fallout 3, and portions of Boston in Fallout 4.
If you look closely at my map there is a western Brotherhood of Steel in the Mojave Desert. You may have to squint.
