They were about 2 or 3 foot long. They just kinda shuffled along the ground, but when they wanted to they could scurry, really quickly. Found that out the hard way...

It is a totally great place. I would like to have seen even more of the land stuff. I would have liked to see one of the active volcanic islands up close. I would also have liked to see a turtle on the land. Maybe next time....yeah, right! next time.
