Description A sea turtle let me swim with him for about 10 minutes then he swam off into the sun. It was pretty sweet.

Hi, I was just wanting to know if you'd consider selling me a print of this shot. I'd just like a small photo size (6x4) as I'm trying to get a collection of marine related photos and this is one of the best I've seen of a turtle so far. If you don't want to sell me a copy, then fair enough - it is a great shot though and so are most of your other diving shots!

Ahh! Caretta Caretta. Allways reminds me of when I spent 15 minutes lying in the sand at 30m depth, petting a tortoiseshell turtle untill she fell asleep and I had to return back to earth.
I really like the composition. The non-centeredness makes it look really dynamic. Also the flash is perfect, not too much, just enough to bring out the colours.
Great shot, I wish it was a bit bigger though.

Thanks. I was trying to get the sunball and turtle aligned just right. Close enough.
And yer obssesed with size!
I always put a smaller version online.

....I swam ten feet from a caribbean reef shark. They don't attack people, but still pretty scary.

After seven years of scuba diving I finally saw a shark this spring. Had a scooter with me and used it and kicked as hard as I could to get up to the shark. What was I thinking! But the shark didn't care and he was just swimming along lazily and I could barely keep up. It was pretty cool. Of course, I didn't have my camera with me that time! :-\
