Here it is finally! This design is based on a prehistoric long-necked Seal!Name: Lochscrub

Name origin: Lochness + scrub
Description: Many have claimed to have seen this Pokemon in Lakes tipping over boats and striding through the waters. However, Lochscrub rarely ever go near the surface of the water. It is said that it can only be captured in the deepest parts of the sea, as when it approaches the surface, it releases many bubbles that mask it's identity. Their body automatically expel bubbles when extreme baric pressure changes are detected.
Evolves from Soaplet at lvl 36
It is the final stage evolution of Bubtee
