Description
Since I finished all the dinosaurs and the one pterosaur from the original novel, might as well show you the visionnary creator of the park HIMSELF !
Due to the lack of depictions of the novel characters on the net, I decided to draw my own ! Some additions are put to give the portrait more spice. I based my John Hammond on a kind old man archetype and Mr Pringles.
What's that ? Hammond looks TOO NICE ? THAT is the point. Check how he interacts with the rest of the cast in the book.
It's only because we're more privy to his thoughts and then to his downright criminal negligence that people forget that he's supposed to have the old man charm.
So what you see in the movie's build-up is just his social mask. And YES, I actually prefer the novel Hammond BECAUSE his douchiness and hazardous irresponsibility really hits home...
