Description
My friends, as you know by now, Sabretooth did not really become Sabretooth until he ditched the random goon gig and started to wear expensive suits while mistreating his colleagues and Lectering the scenery.
I took elements from his best incarnations... and by Best, I mean cruelest. Ranging from Hama's, Tieri's Jolley's and Rucka's. And if you point out how they made VICTOR FUCKING CREED an x-man, I will say that the stupidity of the concept is within the sentence itself.
Oh and what he uses as a coat ? That's where the Marvel Wendigo belongs...

Actually it is a mix between Victor's 3rd outfit (the one by the late 90's) and the one he wore during Tieri's Weapon X run. The face is based on how Mark Texeira and Greg Scott drew Victor.
Truth be told, the only things I liked from Ultimate X-men were:
* Gambit (though that's no hard task...)
* Emma Frost (who's closer to her Gen X incarnation)
* Apocalypse ripping off Wolverine's arm...
The rest was either awful or merely passable... chalk it to me NOT being a Millar fan XD

Personally I am glad they did not take that road. Hama found it cliched so he debunked it in his run... though the "memories" Sabes has as Logan's abusive dad have a neat nasty humor about them...
Victor Creed , once he became Victor Creed so to speak, made tormenting Logan into an art. The motive far as I am concerned (and according to the good X-men stuff) is two-fold...
Β 1) Sabretooth is SMART and knows how to get under people skins. So spiting others in general and Logan in particular is too much fun to pass ! Though I find it rather funny that his most cathartic beatdown comes at the hands of Jean (in the BEST Jean issue ever mind you) and his best hypothetical death at the hands of Jubilee (judging how insulting the "death" they went with in the 00's was, I 'd argue they should have gone with this... though any adaptation that'd go with this comic has my blessing !)
2) Part of Sabretooth despises how Wolverine actually attempts to control his bloodlust and achieved it (well, you know, the Hama Wolverine does... when the 00's kicked in Wolvie is generally written as a colossal dipshit). The fact that Logan goes out of his way NOT to be like Victor is reason for Vic to see it as a middle finger to his ego !Β

Okay, he wears Wendigo's skin, cool. I don't care, Robert Carlyle was much cooler Wendigo (Ravenous, 1999, check it out). But what did he do with the rest of his body? If eating human makes you Wendigo what does eating Wendigo makes you? And is it the weirdest thing Victor has eaten?

Thanks for the suggestion man !
I suppose he cooked the Wendigo... to be fair, I don't think Victor ever needed to eat one or human to be a monster. He just is and embraces it ! Also, in that story , he only wanted a furcoat XD

Damn, wearing Wendigo's skin, anyone who knows the X-men (or at least the OVERRATED Claremont/Byrne run) knows that's not small feat
I was so pleased how in X-men evolution looked like the movie but was actually in persona like the 90s cartoon.
how was he in the Iron Fist Claremont/Byrne run?

If you're interested as to know how he pulled it offΒ readcomiconline.to/Comic/Sabreβ¦
As for all the origin Victor needs this is itΒ readcomiconline.to/Comic/X-Menβ¦
In the Iron Fist comic, Sabes was... OK. He was kind of how you see him in the first "Omega Red" arc, business-oriented and accepting any killing job. He did not have the Lecter-style bloodlust yet though...
