Positive traits

Darce is quite sociable since he runs a business and believed it’s of most importance. He is also a great listener who wouldn’t mind being someone you can just come and vent out as long as you don’t go overboard. He is very observant and has a tendency to make sure he is able to maintain a firm grasp of situations wherever he is. Darce is capable of adapting to new environments pretty well, he actually chose to step away from a wealthy lifestyle in order to do what he is doing now. He likes to be organized and likes to be careful.

Negative Traits:

Darce has a tendency of over thinking situations and will sometimes cloud his mind from being able to do his job properly. He has a hard time warming up to people and opening himself up because he doesn’t like feeling vulnerable to anyone or having to reopened old wounds that might cause the other person problems. When angered, Darce will act quite unreasonable and will probably forbid you from coming anywhere near him or his shop (and you better believe Cyrus the Mankey will make sure of that...least till Darce cools his head off) it might take some time for him to reconsider his actions and try to come to terms with them before the problems eat him up.

(so anyone who’s capable of opening him up are lucky because it takes effort and trust! and that might just mean he really enjoys your presence~~)

Side Hobby: Sketching,reading,,and maintaining his pokemon's well being.

Bio:
Darce grew up in a very wealthy family with his birth parents and many servants who cared for him. He had little to none interactions with his birth parents since they were mostly away on business and maintain their families title. It was because of this that Darce was raised by the helpers of the mansion and did everything from preparing his meals, selecting his clothing, teaching him proper manners, and so on. Anything and everything Darce did was strictly supervised and was controlled by people like strings on a puppet, he had little saying in it all. Darce was told from the very beginning how his life should play out, who he will marry, who to represent, which industries his to take over, and how to maintain the family honor. Darce felt like an emotionless robot that had no real purpose in his life other than being another tool for his parents to gain more power in the world, and that pissed him off.

After some time he broke down and avoided attending mandatory social gatherings that were held for only the most wealthiest and powerful people in the region and decided to hide away in a forest nearby the mansion for some peace and quiet. One day during his usual visits towards the forest Darce meet his first and most trusting pokemon, Cyrus.The way the two met was strangely irritating for the both of them, yet through their first encounter the two eventually grew fond of each other over time.

It was through his interactions with his new friend Cyrus that he started to gain the courage to not give a damn about what his family may think of him and decided to escape his current life for a new one. The two planned the trip out together and without further to do they secretly ran away through the forest not looking back. Darce and Cyrus eventually found their way in Ivywood and started up a Spa & Massage shop.

Mankey ( Cyrus )
A quick- tempered pokemon who will not hesitate to chase you down if you piss him off. He is Darce’s right hand man and is usually in charge of greeting the clients at the front of the shop. He is always seen wearing a chocolate brown bow tie that goes well with his groomed fur that gives him a formal look to him. However, client should be warned that he doesn’t take any sort of rudeness (this also means giving him direct eye contact for too long...it pisses him off and he will think you are challenging his strength) too well and will make sure to get rid of that issue asap, so you better start running. As silly as it may seem for these two to form some kind of partnership, Darce makes sure to keep his little furry friend calm and well behaved through massage therapy.

Haunter (Keir)

(Gastly, previous form )A trickster at heart, Keir will do just about anything to ruin Cyrus's day to the point of causing Cyrus to act out in outrage and causing property damage he later has to clean up after. Keir appeared in Cyrus and Darce's life one night during closing time. Cyrus was cleaning up when he overheard strange voices that almost mimic those of children laughter. Things began to get a little spooky around Cyrus that night and he began to see a ghostly like child calling out for him. In short, Cyrus told Darce about it and began to investigate the entire shop till they caught the culprit, a wild Gastly. However, Cyrus being a fighting type had no chance and was shortly defeated shamefully. Gastly took a liking to Cyrus's quick tempered that he continued to stay close to Cyrus until they became inseparable and soon enough joined Darce's party as Keir.

(Haunter, current stage)
Previously known as a gastly the ghost pokemon has finally evolved into a haunter. Still remaining a trickster at heart Keir continues to do what he does best, ruin Cyrus day for laughs. However after evolving he tends to be a bit meaner than his previous form and even so bold as use his new looks to lures pokemon into his pranks. While he can come off as a jerk at times Keir has an incredible soft spot for Morgan, his girlfriend. He can be quite protective of the gasily and will do anything to please her. Anyone who dares bring harm to her he'll make you rethink your decision.

Keir is currently in a relationship with Morgan (a gastly) who belongs to

Mewoth ( Amir )

Amir is a calm tempered cat who loves shiny objects and money more than anything in the whole world, aside from Darce of course. This money driven cat was adopted out by Darce over at the Adoption Center one day while Darce was away from the shop and left Cyrus in charge untill he returned. The long haired male came across the adoption center and decided to check it out. As he walked inside he instantly spotted the lonely meowth in it's containment. The meowth reminded him of his childhood past with a stray meowth he once nurtured back to health. Meowth were always seen as a vermin of the streets in Darce's household but the young male thought otherwise. He grew fond of the pokemon species over time but sadly he was forced to get rid of the stray meowth once he was caught hiding it in the house. He was never able to find the meowth after that and till that day he hasn't seen a meowth till now. Without hesitation the young trainer applied for the meowth in hopes of being chosen. As fate may have had it, Darce made Amir part of his permanent team. Amir is now the cashier over at the shop. He isn't afraid to earn some 'extra cash' so he is seen usually trying to grab hold of unsuspecting trainer's wallet.

While he may seem a bit untrustworthy he still does a proper job over at the shop and is usually second in command in case Cyrus is no where in sight or attending to other matters. He and Nani get in a constant arguement about where the spending goes due to how much the kecleon enjoys going out shopping for the latest cutest things. However, Nani usually win him over when she claims the props she picks out will make them more money in the long run.

Kecleon ( Nani )

Currently the only female of the team! Nani was a wondering wild kecleon that enjoys to have long walks and one day she so happens to have bumped into Darce and his team out nearby the forest she made her home in. She took interest in the way they were well dressed and couldn't help but want to lure around for a bit behind a couple trees. After some time Darce and his pokemon made their way back to the shop and that is when the wild kecleon pursue them in hopes of getting a closer look at their fashion sense. Once they arrived by the shop however, the kecleon was very disappointed by the outer look of the shop and decided to add her own touch. She was caught red handed and instead of being chased away Darce admired her detailed work and decided to reward her with her very own cute outfit. She felt complete and welcomed. After some time of visiting to help out Darce with grooming pokemon she decided to make herself a permanent member of the team whether the rest of the pokemon liked it or not.

She is very trustworthy around the shop and attends to the guest at the best of her ability. She has a huge attraction towards fashion and proper manners. Nani has a thing for details and order and often finds ways to change things in her surroundings for the better. She will make sure to keep the boys well behaved and up to date on the latest fashion look! While she may look like a a young proper lady she isn't afraid to ruin her cute dress to give you a piece of her mind, and probably twice the pain for ruining her dress.

Now over at the Drift Away Massage and Spa shop there will be some changes made, Nani believe it needs a "feminine touch"...lets see how well that goes with the guys.

Otter: What’s your favorite weather?

Darce: I prefer winter because the cold breeze always feels so refreshing. It’s also a perfect time to drink hot chocolate and Cyrus is quite a fan of it.

Otter: And to snuggle with someone don’t ya think ;D? winter is almost here and i’m already feeling the cold!! maybe we should exchange body heat~ ehehe -gets whacked at the back of the head by cyrus- ffff-- nvm…

Otter: What’s your story with Cyrus here? how did two completely different personalities form such a strong bond?!

Darce: -he grinned at the question he was asked- Well, it’s quite a strange encounter but Cyrus and I go way back. I was actually avoiding a social gathering and I happened to cross paths with a wild Mankey throwing a tantrum and caused all the other wild pokemon to flee in fear. Cyrus apparently lost sight of his colony and was unsure of what to do so he resolved to his caveman like manners. As strange as it may sound, I was actually kinda envious of him. He was able to express his true feelings out in the public without a care in the world...I lacked that. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t suddenly start holding hands and singing kumbaya but our first conversation did help a bit.

Otter: woah!!~~ I’m so glad Cyrus didn’t just go straight for your face in anger! your face is too good for this world! Let me kiss you!! -feels Cyrus haunting presence nearby as a warning- ….-cough- or maybe some other time.

Darce: -chuckles lightly- Well I got lucky to meet the right mankey. It’s thanks to Cyrus that I’m even here in Ivywood as a Pokemon Groomer and massage therapist so you should give him more credit.

Otter: So what do you specialize in more? or prefer to do more in your job?

Darce: -Darce took a moment to think about it before replying with a warm smile- Well, I honestly prefer performing massage therapy. It’s a nice way to grow closer towards your pokemon and you also get to learn things about them through this connection.

Otter: I see~~ so do you also happen to offer Happy endings? -winks-

Cyrus: -growls in anger and begins to get ready to toss otter out of the shop-

Darce: ….I suggest making a quick run for it unless you prefer leaving with missing hair and bite marks.
