Part 1 of my plan to sketch a head shot of every character in TDC.Jonathan 'Crane' and Alienmon
The infallibly optimistic Crane and his ever loyal and heroic Burstmon are 2 of my favorite digimon characters, up there even with the actual main characters of the various shows and manga. When I was sketching him I thought of how he would cheerfully greet someone new, with Alienmon barely able to contain his excitement nearby, and having to hide behind his partner's excessive amount of hair to stop from bursting into shouts of joy.
Together with Alex, Dragofymon, Masadur and Seadramon, we make up Team Awesome!
Alex Zenos and Pupumon
Alex and her persnickety digimon partner are another favorite duo of mine, and come from a fascinating digiverse. Ask ~cupil about those two, and prepared to be amazed at the sheer detail and absolutely brilliant ideas that went into this. Cupil is a genius, there's nothing more I can say.
When I sat down to draw them, I was thinking of that Digi-Mantle cloak thingy that gives a relatively shy girl in some truly frightening circumstances a place of safety without hiding her unique personality.
Ana Benoit and Faumon
Ana Benoit and her Faumon are more reserved, and of all the characters here I'd say it was most difficult to position them. Ana isn't the 'hugs in public' kind of person, so I gave them a bit of distance but still with genuine concern. Faumon is the most adorable thing I think I have ever drawn, and I must say I appreciate the simple design. What that you say, Faumon? There's a TDC artist trapped in the Old Well?
Bro and Chittermon
It's all in the name man, all in the name. Lolip was pestering me for some Bro and Ursamon fanart. He got Bro and Chittermon, but it's fanart nonetheless. Brodacious!
And finally... Kevin Blackwood and YukimiBotamon.
How Kevin got the name Dorkfish has not yet been revealed to me, but I have to say that is one hot scandinavian-american Dorkfish, fogging up my glasses.
DON'T EAT HIM SEADRAMON, THE RESULTING BIOMERGE THAT WOULD DESTROY THE DIGITAL WORLD! (Or atleast, would destroy it before Masadur and Seadramon had the chance...)

Well where were you looking for it? Thanks, I have other sketches of the other characters in the works, I just haven't finished them yet. For some reason I'm good at figuring out what a character usually drawn in a cartoon style would look like realistically, and I like the challenge of putting that on paper.

Yo I have to say that is a great piece here, sorry I haven't been on like I have said before the computer I go on is really bad it got fixed but now it still has one new problem
Anyways, great pic of Crane and Alienmon; so I have one more thing to ask when you say you want my two still in the tournament what do you mean by that just asking

I'm merely asking for permission to use your characters as side characters in my own entries, should the occasion arise. They are your characters, designed well-before TDC ever started, and I'd rather respectfully ask to use them.
Besides, it would be nice to have at least one team there in the story that can keep my team from doing something stupidly violent.

Ah ok I thought that was what you wanted I think it would be great to see what you would do with having my two in your work. Just one thing, Alienmon's atteaneas are black like solid black just to let you know. Oh and to apologise that I was not able to get in my stupid computer crashed and even though that it works now it even has more then before, so the only way for me to get on the internet at all is on my friend's computer or be on my ps3(which is what I'm on now)
