Description
Master Org rampages through the city, the Animarium is falling, the Rangers are powerless, and the Zords are gone.
Despite this, the Rangers remember to never give up and fight even without their powers. Cole rescues a child cornered by Putrids, and the Rangers face Master Org atop a building. They each stand up to him, when suddenly, light breaks through the clouds. Beams of colored light shoot out and destroy the Putrids. They are past Wild Zords, returning to life. They restore the Rangers' power, and together they defeat Master Org, but the Org heart remains. They combine their weapons and destroy it, once and for all.
The Rangers celebrate the new peace on the Animarium. Shayla tells them that their mission is over, and she's going to take the Animarium back into the sky.
Merrick wants to go with her, as he swore to protect her, but she insists that he stay on Earth. She then requests the Rangers hand over their jackets and Morphers. With heavy hearts, they turn them over to her.
The Rangers watch as Shayla disappears, and the Animarium rises back into the sky.
Suddenly, Alyssa starts narrating what's going on, and just as abruptly, stops.
Cole visits his parents' graves. He looks over at a lone headstone, and takes a flower to it. "Perhaps you will finally know peace as well." He places the flower on it, and we see it's the grave of Dr. Viktor Adler.
Alyssa pops back in with narration, saying Cole would use his abilities to help animals.
Taylor goes back to the Air Force, again with Alyssa popping in to state what we're seeing.
As Taylor flies her plane, she's joined by her Eagle Zord.
Alyssa comes in again to tell us that Danny and Max explored the world together. Danny grew a mustache during their trip to Russia, apparently.
Merrick wandered, searching for adventure, accompanied by Zen-Aku. Zen-Aku has mellowed out quite a bit, and now considers Merrick a friend. How exactly he's come back to life, no idea.
We then see Alyssa telling this story to a classroom of kindergarteners.

This last episode was a perfect cap for Wild Force. It's got that same tone the early episodes had, a childlike fairy tale feel.
The past Wild Zords returning to life isn't explained, the vague implication is that it's the determination of the Rangers that brings them back.
Master Org's defeat ironically isn't from the Wild Zords at all, it's from the Rangers, twice.
Shayla asking for the Morphers back makes sense, their goal has been reached, they no longer need to morph. Handing over the jackets is a far weirder request. It was already unusual they could wear the jackets that blatantly feature their Ranger names in public.
The narrator is back, but instead of Dave Mallow, it's Alyssa, seemingly in character. I understand the choice, given the framing device at the end, but I don't think her narration was necessary, aside from Merrick.
I like that Cole's epilogue has him make peace with Viktor Adler, even now, he still feels sympathy for him.
Taylor just walking back into the Air Force base and getting her job back is pretty unrealistic, but it fits perfectly with Wild Force's tone.
Zen-Aku's return is one of the strangest choices made in the finale. Zen-Aku has rarely been seen as anything but a villain. Now it's presented that he's an old friend of Merrick. My assumption is that since Zen-Aku was popular, the crew behind the scenes wanted to keep him around for potential future appearances.
How he came back to life is unexplained, maybe he was connected to the Wild Zords? When they came back, so did he?
What about Animus? If Zen-Aku can come back, why not him? I think seeing him as Kite would've been a nice send-off.
Alyssa being a teacher makes sense, I wonder if she and Tommy ever taught at the same school.
Jindrax and Toxica don't make an appearance, which is disappointing. I don't mind, their farewell was handled well, but they were such big parts of this season, it would've been nice to see them one last time.

I enjoyed Wild Force alot more than I though I would on this rewatch.
Wild Force is such a unique season, so different from what came before, or long after. It definitely feels like and fits in more with the original Saban era, than the Disney era.
Still partially aired on Fox Kids, still shot in the US, still has Jonathan Tzachor as a producer, still having a more serious tone, all these things are traits the Saban era had.
What really stood out to me about Wild Force this time was the early episodes, with their heavy focus on the characters. I really enjoyed them, and wish there could have been a few more like them.
The main villains, Master Org, Jindrax and Toxica, stood out as very interesting characters, while most other villains were a bit lacking. Zen-Aku had some depth, which was pretty much gone in his first return, and he became just another monster.
I went to Rangerwiki to look up trivia, and was surprised to find how messed up this episode's trivia section is. It's filled with grammar and spelling errors, and one entry isn't even a full sentence!
Moving forward, I'm going to miss Wild Force, and the Saban era as a whole. Next time I'll be beginning my rewatch of Ninja Storm. I'm not ready however to say goodbye to the old Saban era for good.
In addition to Ninja Storm, I'll also be doing a rewatch of VR Troopers, and from there I'll continue watching the other Saban tokusatsu shows alongside the Disney era. I'm looking forward to it, and I hope you all enjoy what's to come!
