Joe Bucci was very much a crush and an early inspiration of mine. Despite not winning many big shows, he was frequently featured in the muscle magazines of the eighties, largely because of his good looks and extraordinary biceps! I love this photo for its tension and power.Bucci ultimately parlayed his good looks and body into a decent acting career. You can find some great photos of Joe at his peak here .

What I notice here is that you preserved the sweat on his body. It's a tiny detail, but seeing him sweat like that gives him a sense of work. he worked for the muscle, he continues to work for the muscle and that in itself makes him more human even as he already surpasses human size. it's like when a good superhero comic makes some weirdo in tights who can run through time . . . feel like a real character you could meet on the streets.
Plus I find mustaches hot. I always have. they make me hard. and his is perfect.

Definitely on the same page. I remember him wearing thick glasses in workout photos. It gave me hope as a fellow with an extremely bad astigmatism.
But back to those guns. Yes his were like baseballs! Bordering on Softballs sized, But they looked Sooooooo hard and wrapped by thick veins. Also he was one of the first I recall showing striations even in his face.
Your photo is awesome but my recollection was his biceps literally looked like spheres under the skin. I need to look for one of those photos.

Yeah his biceps were amazing. One of the greats in that department. He looked awfully hot in his glasses (Mike Mentzer too). Bodybuilders should keep wearing them..it's a hot look for me (a decent number of my morphs feature men in glasses). Much thanks--I'm glad you enjoyed!
