Description
Part 2And characters are from right from below:
Helmut: Christel's son. He's shy and well behaved. His father was executed, uncle got death sentence and Gestapo took his mother to concentration camp.
Christel: Christoff's big sister and Helmut's mother. She's got quite bad temperature, but she's warm and kind person and kinda durable.
Rachel: Kolbe's jewish half-sister. She's kind, determined and durable. She was the only one at her family who survived from Auschwitz, and after war she tried her hardest to catch her half-brother and kill him.
Christoff: We all know who this idiot is. Wacky, a bit naive, hyperactive and all the time in troubles.
Brandt: Realist, distant, calm and apathetic. He's chain smoker, and that's why his condition is really bad. He's maestro to tell untruths and the best sniper.
Eisler: Another sniper. He's not as good as Brandt and they're friends. He tries to follow nazi idea, but his loyalty is really doubtful.
Kolbe: High-ranked SS-officer, and real killing machine. He's really evil, twisted and cold person, and he don't have feelings at all. And he's cannibal.
Helga: Another killing machine. She's cold-hearted and wicked but more humane than Kolbe.
Schultz: At army he was really snob and arrogant, and he couldn't stand Brandt. After war and prison sentence he wasn't so arrogant and joined to police forces and specialised to catch Kolbe.
Walther: He's Eshter's really sneering little brother. He and Eshter were the only ones at their family who survived from WW2. And Christoff helped him to escape, and he saved his big sister and took care of her. He's jew.
Eshter: Walther's big sister. She's kinda calm and impish in a good way and Christoff's long-termed friend. She got bad wound to her head at Crystal Night and her mental health shook badly.
All of them belongs to me. And I'm NOT nazi.
Ask if you want to know more.

So uh, it's about the SS officer, Christoff. His crush Esther is beated up during the Night of broken glass and Christoff finds himself from army. After some unlucky situtations he manages to escape from his death sentence to France, where he met RenΓ© who helped him to England. Too bad for them that Kolbe sent Eisler and Brandt after them and later Helga infiltrates and finds out about Brandt's and Eisler's betrayal.
Kolbe follows Helga and manipulates both Eisler and Christoff. Kolbe used Christoff's sister as a bait, but before Christoff has time to do anything, his british friends stops him. Christel ends up to a concentration camp and was rescued later and found Helmut. Christoff, Christel and Helmut moves to Ebgland, where Christoff meets Esther and Walther again. Christoff marries Esther and RenΓ© marries Christel and adopts Helmut.
During that time Kolbe and Helga were thought to have died in the war. Instead they helped other former soldiers and build a small army. Schultz were sentenced to jail and he joined the police forces to catch Kolbe and Helga. Kolbe's half-sister Rachel holds a great grudge against Kolbe and tries to catch him as well, though she hates Schultz.

Why was Christel deported? And why was her husband killed?

It was a plan to get Christoff back to Germany. Because he was suspected to have taken part in Operation Valkyrie.

No, Ricahrd and RenΓ© didn't let him go. He returned in 1945 to get his sister away.

I guess Kolbe was not the only strong person born into that family...
π: 0 β©: 1
DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-04-18 19:33:31 +0000 UTC]
Not really. His mother were one wild beast when someone tried to hurt her son, Kolbe himself was a psycopath who killed before anyone could notice him, Kolbe's sister Rachel almost got Kolbe, Helga and Fritz killed, Fritz also kills really fast and with skill. Oh and Kolbe's family from his mother's side are gypsies from the Carpathians, so his strongness comes from his ancestors.

Good thing that my favorite nazi family survived!
Was Kolbe's father a strong person too?

DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-04-18 19:47:05 +0000 UTC]
Though their lives weren't happy.
Nope, he was a jewish salesman who got a young half gypsy girl pregnant and later married her. When he found out about his wife's race, he left her and their unborn child. Also he never saw his son or wife after that.
π: 0 β©: 1
SummaVeritas In reply to DieWalkyrie [2012-04-18 20:03:55 +0000 UTC]
One side of me says "who ever is happy?" the other one cries in a corner... should I worry about that?
I have the feeling that Kolbe's father was luck to never meet his wife and son again, otherwise he would have ended up very, very badly.
π: 0 β©: 1
DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-04-19 17:25:08 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, that's a very good question who actually is happy.
Indeed. Kolbe wanted to kill him, and killed his second wife, childern (his half sisters and brothers), their spouses and children. But Kolbe's grudge against his father isn't because he was tortured his first 11 years, but he never came to his mother's grave.

Does it mean Kolbe cared for his mother more than he did for himself?
I wander how did Rachel survive all of this.
π: 0 β©: 1
DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-04-20 19:07:09 +0000 UTC]
Yes, and also his mother cared Kolbe mor than herself. But yeah, Kolbe actually never cared about himself nor the others exept Fritz. He thought he should die for letting his mother, his wolf mother and Friedrich die to his arms.
She was sent to Auschwitz, and she survived from there, but later got killed by Kolbe.

SummaVeritas In reply to DieWalkyrie [2012-04-20 20:36:40 +0000 UTC]
So, Kolbe didn't he care for Helga either?
Still, I can understand that after going thru so many tragedies, the majority of people would isolate themselves from everything, to avoid suffering again.
From this point of view, the fact that Kolbe accepted his son is almost a miracle, and I like it.
π: 0 β©: 1
DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-04-20 20:39:08 +0000 UTC]
Nope, he didn't care for her, he cared her only as a mother. When Helga gave birth, Kolbe told her that she will live only for her sone, and she doesn't have anything to say to that.
Yeah, Kolbe saw himself in Fritz, they looked a like. He lost his own mother when he was 11, so he somehow lived his childhood through Fritz.

You are welcome, maybe my inspiration will wake up, so I can finish drawing Kolbe and Fritz.
Even if it is hard, with my rommate singing Communist songs... and he even knows that today is Hitler's birthday!
I am almost sure he does that on purpose.

Yes, I am drawing for you... and my rommate is making my inspiration run away, singing Communist songs.
I forgive him only because he just found a girlfriend, so he is in a very, very romantic mood.
Still, he'd better start singing something else.

Another question for you (not a very interesting one!) do you have a timeline, showing your character's birth dates and the most important events in their life, realted to real history?
(I am the kind of person that likes family trees and timelins very much, when I still had immagination, I used to make them all the time )

π: 0 β©: 1
DieWalkyrie In reply to SummaVeritas [2012-05-03 15:47:56 +0000 UTC]
No, because I have only decided Christoff's and Helmut's birthdays (Christoff was born in 12th of April in the 1920, Bernd in the 6th of November in year 1928, and Helmut in 24th of November in 1939)
