Ported to OBJ from the fan created model included in the Robotech Pack for the Starfleet Command (SFC) series of video games by Activision. Lionfish is a fanon design based on artwork by Ancient Angel. Preview picture posed in XNALara XPS. NO MODEL DOWNLOAD.

Lionfish is basically an upgunned Garfish fitted with large side pods containing two extra engines and additional weaponry. According to its fan creators, it "specializes in fast delivery of special ops type troops. It has a mean look and big guns to clear a path and minimal cargo to allow the transport of a small group" (Darrtallion, Robotech MMO forums).

This is not my model. All I did was port it to OBJ and pose the above piccy for all of you. This is a straight port with no changes by me.

While I am no longer making my personal OBJ ports of SFC series models available for general download, and while practically all of the old SFC fan sites are long dead, you can find many of their downloads archived at places such as NexusMods and Lone Bullet. Furthermore there are SFC model format plug-ins available for both the old Milkshape 3D model editor and the hoary old GMAX program (the free ancestor to today's rather pricey 3DS Max) that between the two will port 99% of all SFC models ever created. Finally I recommend the Milkshape path over the GMAX path whenever possible, as there's some extra hoops you've got to jump through with the GMAX path in order to export to the standard OBJ 3D model format.

TRIVIA - The Swordfish class from the still-in-limbo Robotech Academy project was officially confirmed as being mostly based on the fanon Lionfish by its creators, so if that ever takes off then Lionfish might one day become canon instead of fanon. We'll see, but I'm not holding my breath.
