Early retail concept art for the next to last scene in Chapter 11, after Sofia's actions result in the untotenvirus being released inside the Alpenfestung and spreading quickly through its air circulation system, causing everyone inside who has not been immunized against it or has some form of natural resistance to turn into mindless, bloodthirsty zombies within a half-hour. This was the first version of this image and was made quickly using Call of Duty: World at War series Nazi zombie models, since they were available at the time. I always meant to remake this with better models and with our heroes present in a form closer to the scene as presented in the retail novel and ultimately did. That's the (v2) version of this image in my Projekt Regenschirm gallery.
