Back in the day I was one of the people to begin porting over and releasing "Nazi zombie" models, and I did a bunch of 'em along with appropriate scenery and so on. They weren't very good in comparison to what's being done today, of course, but I had a lot of fun doing it at the time. I also found the above model of Chris Redfield in a World War II soldier's uniform, courtesy of Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway. It's not a very good model either and I don't recommend you chasing it down unless you're of a mind to fix it. Finding that model was one of the things that helped spur the creation of my Projekt Regenschirm survival horror novel, as it showed me that I wasn't the only one at the time who thought that taking everyone's favorite Resident Evil characters back in time to fight Nazi zombies wasn't a bad idea. I was the first to actually do something major with it, of course (gentle laugh). That was a long time ago and I've long since moved beyond Regenschirm's origins as a Resident Evil fanfic. I'd thought you'd like to see this old image again all the same.
