Ported to OBJ from the SFC port by Darkdrone of the TOS era starbase from Star Trek Legacy (STL), I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong, folks. Okay? Preview picture posed in XNALara XPS. NO MODEL DOWNLOAD.

I've been looking for a TOS era Romulan starbase CG model for quite a while now for my personal collection, and now I have one. Hence the piccy and this new entry in my online edition of Mandel's. The only change I made was to retint it from TNG-era-ish garish lime green to a more friendly and neutral TOS era light blue-grey, so it would match better with my other TOS/TAS era Romulan models.

This is semi-canon, as it was created for a Franchise licensed video game.
