Description

Ported to OBJ from the fan enhanced model included with the latest patched version of Starfleet Command 2: Orion Pirates (SFC2OP). Original design by Taldren Studios; I first encountered it in the original version of Starfleet Command (SFC). Preview picture posed in XNALara XPS. NO MODEL DOWNLOAD.

This is a generic model from the SFC series that almost always gets used for any major interstellar power that doesn't have its own dedicated and unique large space station or battlestation model tailored to its particular design sensibilities. You see this a lot in the original SFC games, mainly as a generic battlestation but as a space station for the Orion cartels; not so much in the later fan revamps given that the fans often create custom stations for many of the major and more notable minor interstellar powers along the way (wink). As you can see it follows the SFB-traditional three-spoke design that is derived from Deep Space Station K-7 in TOS "The Trouble with Tribbles." Also, since it's meant to be generic (any "empire" specific insignia is place in the circled-off areas on the upper main part's underside spokes), you can use it with anyone for just about any reason from the pre-TOS era onward.

This is for all of you need a generic large space station or generic battlestation in your own threads of the Trek multiverse, or even for whatever unique sci-fi project you might have going.

This is semi-canon, as it comes from a series of Franchise licensed video games.

ASIDE - This is actually the Orion version from the fan enhanced SFC2OP. I used it for illustration purposes because it didn't have any markings of any kind, whereas all the others for the other "empires" were marked as noted above.
