COMMENTS

Played pretty much like the original short story, save for McCoy being armed and his spoken "I don't believe it,"as well as dropping his line "Knock on wood" after Spock succeeds in taking out the charging owltiger with a Vulcan neck pinch.

If you want some idea of how this might look in visual form, watch the scene in TAS "Yesteryear" in which the adult Spock takes out a fully grown Vulcan le'matya (their analog of a mountain tiger) with a nerve pinch.
