I fixed both the exterior and interior of this old port of TheFil's for use with my Autumn Spring web comic series. In that it serves as the home for attorney Alan Hansen. I replaced or installed a lot of missing objects and surfaces, combined both exterior sets (front and back) into one single model, and made it so that I could fith both interior models for the house (upper and lower floors) inside the house as needed for scenes involving open front or back doors and occasionally looking out the window. I also fixed up the garage where it could be opened too.
This set of house models gets used A LOT in 3D posing projects by a lot of people, judging from a casual online search and given how well it handles in most available 3D posing software. This is in better shape than TheFil's old Silent Hill "Home Sweet Home" set of rips. Perhaps you too might want to tackle it and clean the set up as did I (and as have others) for your own project purposes. Here's the links to his original rips:
