It's implied in ToAS that Brandy now lives on the West Coast (probably southern California) so she can be close to one of the major centers of the entertainment industry here in the United States, given her status as a popular contemporary singer. That's why she had to fly back to Middleton in "Prelude," which is located "somewhere in flyover country" (the middle part of the United States) per the very first Autumn Spring story, "The New Neighbor."

I hated to let Jack Flannigan go for ToAS, but he was even older than Larry and time marches on. For those of you new to the world of Autumn Spring, Reina's late husband Jack was a wonderful character in the original series. He was your stereotypical Irish barman who also dearly loved his wife Reina and she him, and Reina was like Brandy in that she was quite a bit younger than the man in her life. The story of how Jack and Reina first got together is told back in the original series. BTW and for those of you who are interested, Jack was a direct reuse of an unfinished beta character found in the Resident Evil Outbreak data, who ends up being only a dead body in the retail game but who I firmly believe was originally intended for use as Jack, the owner of J's Bar (or Jack's Bar per one of the signs in there) and given what evidence is available in the game data. I ported, rebuilt, and rigged Jack's model by hand for XPS use with the help of Marcelievesky, and my old hand-rigged model of RE Outbreak's Jack is still available for download courtesy of Tyrant0400Tp:

It's Kerry Ingram, with a camera crew in tow - Per the deleted opening of the previous page. I haven't forgotten about her, nor has she forgotten getting her newest exclusive regarding singing star Brandy Watts. As Bugs Bunny would say and as Brandy echoes in her own comment, "Persistent, ain't she?" XD
