The NESTS agent Angel from King of Fighters and winner if the 3rd REDUX poll.To tell you the truth, I don't really know much about angel other than she has a cool fighting style and wicked combos. The never really expanded much on the NESTS storyline since it was developed during the Playmore years, something I hope they remedy in future installments.
The main idea I needed to keep for Angel was provacative and over the top. Her body style and clothing were pretty sexy to begin with so I just needed to play with that idea. So I gave her sort of a half jacket half trench coat top, kept her bikini bottom and gave new new stylin' boots. Also decided to make her stand out more by altering her hair style with colored bangs.

You have made Angel sexier than ever before and this is quite an accomplishment. Those are some stylish cowboy boots though she is not exactly aspiring to be a cowgirl as she lacks the hat and chaps. Ah the ever elusive sensual sideboob. Angel does not like to wear bras I see and how nice of her to unzip the top so I can see it. Why bother covering up her lovely sexy ass. At least SNK won't try to censor it deeming it too much unlike Nintendo.
The purple with strains of silver hair adds more sensuality to Angel's new attire.
Why can't Angel be mooning people instead of Joe.

Angel has always been quite the interesting character in KoF, that's for sure. This is again, undeniably beautiful, that's a given, but here's a couple of things that I particularly think works and things I believe you could work on (Again, this is my opinions mixed with criticism =3).
First off, the leggings and the boots, love them, absolutely love them! They scream out Angel with their style and design. You captured her nationality well with the boots and leggings, which I believe that SNK didn't cover it quite as well. Now as for her flap or sash or that piece of clothing (sorry I don't know 
Overall Rating: A-
Analysis: Love the pose, love the mannerisms, and love most of the outfit. I think if you reduce the amount of hair that is streaked with color and lose the sash, I think it would stick out a lot more. Solid design, SNK should consider it

The colored bangs definitely give her more character. Too many out there with white hair. The boots are great and so is that nice big Mexican ass of hers!
