Kula Diamond from King of Fighters.There are a couple of different influences at work here. The main was the go-go type outfits from Eureka 7, for some reason the moment I saw that show I always thought Eureka looked just like Kula with short hair, so I just adapted the style for this image. Then on top of that the leggings were inspired from Jet Set Radio.
She felt a little plain until I decided to add the snowflake patterns to the dress and shoes, I felt it worked out well and this new outfit fits her perfectly for a new softer style. Oh and platforms again
, these ones I played with however to give them little bunny ears.-DN

Geez I wonder what element Kula is proficient in. I don't think she is giving me enough hints. /sarcasm. I notice that many artists love to point out how much of a delicious firm butt she has despite being so young and having a small pair of boobs. It's probably not a good idea to use those shoes to go skating.
Ah Jet Set Radio. She reminds her of Mew from that game except in all blue.
With this sexy new look K will stop treating her like a child and see her as a woman.

A completely awesome artwork, but i guess you shoul took influences from KoF MI2, i gues you did with the snowflakes, but she actually looks like a little girl (or a kind of lolita), i just guess she's showing so "much" XD, but is just my opinion, btw, i guess this is a lovely fanart <3, congratulations!
