Kula Diamond from King of Fighters.

There are a couple of different influences at work here. The main was the go-go type outfits from Eureka 7, for some reason the moment I saw that show I always thought Eureka looked just like Kula with short hair, so I just adapted the style for this image. Then on top of that the leggings were inspired from Jet Set Radio.

She felt a little plain until I decided to add the snowflake patterns to the dress and shoes, I felt it worked out well and this new outfit fits her perfectly for a new softer style. Oh and platforms again , these ones I played with however to give them little bunny ears.
