Description
Part 3 of my Batman Cast.Mr. Freeze: I originally had a different actor for this, but David Kaye just kept ringing in my head until I said "scrap it" and cast him as this role. Whether he's the charismatic Megatron from "Beast Wars" or the more threatening Megatron from "Beast Machines", I'll leave up to you.
Ra's al Ghul: I obviously needed an accent for this guy and KHII's Luxord just seemed like the right guy. He has a threatening air, the accent, and the rather formal way of talking, too.
Bane: Big guy needs a big, strong voice. Who better to get for that than the king of big anime voices, Chris Sabat? 'Nuff said.
Scarecrow: I took a slightly different approach to the character in that the choice of voice is deeper than most people prefer. I can kinda envision Scarecrow just looking deep into his victims' psyche and just pulling out the freakiest things that their imagination has to offer. Combine that with Rampage's psychotic nature and that's something to be afraid of.
Killer Croc: Fred is very good at playing monstrous characters ranging from the Hulk to Trypticon, so it makes sense to get him as this beast of a man.
Clayface: Clayface is constantly changing and can't really stay in a truly human form. Black Doom's voice was constantly shifting and it sounded so dark that I thought it fit this bill very well.
The Ventriloquist: Mr. West is a very versatile actor, seen especially in Futurama. Because he can range from wimpy to tough, I had to give him this role. The thing I've noticed about Ventriloquist is that his concept is both kinda silly and kinda disturbing. Has anyone noticed that?

Billy West as Ventriloquist? Β Wish I thought of that.

Megatron as Mr. Freeze? Only a single word for this:

We both chose old guys to voice Scarecrow! XD
Oh well.
3 people who I think could pull off a younger Scarecrow are:
Richard Horvitz (He sounds like Dino Andrade)
Scott Menville (Red X)
Jason Marsden (Chase Young from Xiaolin Showdown)

Uh...question? Why does Freeze HAVE to be menacing? I don't see Freeze as the kind of guy who would, you know...try to sound threatning. He has a cool echoy voice from what I remember. Besides, he isn't really full-on evil like a lot of Batman's enemies, he DOES have some moral.

Exactly why I chose Mr. Kaye to voice him. Megatron has shown some kind of morale and charismatic side to him.

Gotcha on that. Though why make it sound 'menacing'? Again, I don't see Freeze being the kind of guy who would TRY to be menacing. He's a pale-blue man in sci-fi fridge armor. That's pretty creepy by itself.

Oh, should've explained differently. The "changes" part of the meme is the change in the voice template right next to it.
